She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Phillips; and her sibling Nancy Affrunti-Marnichio. She is survived by: her spouse Samuel J. Grillo; her children, Victoria Lysenko (Michael), Elizabeth Ann White and Erik A. Abretske; her stepchild Nicole Brandt (Jim); her parent Pearl Phillips; and her siblings, Sharon Peters (late Bud) and Donald Phillips (LuAnn). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
