He was predeceased by: his sister Rita Hart. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Joseph Gutt (Brenda), Mark Gutt (Laura), Cherie Stolzenburg (Larry) and Ken Gutt (Ann); his stepsons, Jeffrey Reina (Becky) and Marc Reina; and his sister Sylvia Stepien (late Henry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Joe was a U.S. Army Airborne Veteran, Owner of JJ Gutt & Associates, President of the Exchange Club of the Tonawandas, District President of WNY Exchange Club, President of DeGraff Memorial Hospital Foundation and a Boy Scout Leader.
