She was predeceased by: her sister Kathleen D'Agustino. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Jennifer Kosmack (Troy) and Cheryl Covey (Richard); her grandchildren, Kyle, Gavin, Cole and Parker; and her siblings, Joseph (Mary Ellen), Thomas (Kathy), Richard (Linda), Bruce Lavey (Laurie) and John Lavey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
