He is survived by: his wife Theresa Derkovitz (Teri); his daughters, Carlene Derkovitz and Shelby Derkovitz (Bobby Michienzi); and his pet Crowbar.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc. (4929 Broadway, Depew, NY 14043).
