She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John A. Pirog, Jr.; her children, Christine Schmidt (Phillip), Susan Knospe, Michael Pirog (Deborah), Paul Pirog (Cynthia) and Robert Pirog; her siblings, John Kaluzny (late Dorothea), Lawrence Panek (Rose) and Patricia Panek; her grandchildren, Michael J. Pirog, Sarah Pirog, Mary Pirog, Thomas Pirog Sr. and Faith Knospe; her great grandchildren, Evan Fix, Arabella, Michaela and Thomas Jr. Pirog; and her mother Teresa of Calcutta Parish. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
