He was predeceased by: his wife Anna J. Frederick; and his sister Carol Frye. He is survived by: his children, Erin Frederick and Beth Frederick; and his siblings, Richard Frederick (Dianne), Robert Frederick, Dianna Klaver, Thomas Frederick (Dixie) and Margaret McCracken (Rich Marotti). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
