He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; and his son Frank. He is survived by: his children, Susan Tomporowski (Ken), Karen Toner (David) and Dean Peters (Linda). He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Buffalo or Sloan Comfort Care Home.
