She was predeceased by: her husband Paul W. Nowak; and her brother Edward Surdej (Gertrude). She is survived by: her daughter Donna Ellis (David); her grandchildren, Jason (Kayla), Jonathan (Ryanne) and Jennifer Ellis; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Wesley and Corbin; and her siblings, Joseph Surdej (late Delores), Irene Sztukowski (late Frederick) and Adeline Zakrzewski (late Arthur). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
