She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Slowik; and her sister Helen Mleczko (late Anthony). She is survived by: her children, Monica (Matthew Jaracz) and Wayne Slowik (Carolyn Park); her child-in-law Lynn; her grandchildren, Joel, Angela and Tara; and her siblings, Melanie Gromek (Chester), Florence Juszkiewicz (late Walter), Verna Jarzyniecki (late Fred) and Walter Grabowski (Delphine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
