She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel; her siblings, Thaddeus (late Teresa), Henry F. (late Gertrude), Edmund, Walter Chmielewski, Frances Kumpf (late Barry), Angeline Burdick (late Edward) and Anna R. White (late Kenneth); and also Rev. Francis Chmielewski of St. Bernard's Parrish.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel R., Deborah L. Vizine (Marcus) and Valerie A. Sugg (Edward); and her grandchildren, Ashley and Scott Sugg.
