She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pacile and Sylvia Pacile; and her sister Elizabeth Williams. She is survived by: her husband John A. Fiore; her sons, John F. Fiore (Tara), Frank Fiore (Valerie) and Todd Fiore; her grandchildren, Gianna, Daniella, John, Samuel, Liliana, Lucia and Gabriella; and her siblings, Dominic Pacile (Rita), Kathleen Germann (late Al) and John Pacile (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's name to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
