He was predeceased by: his wives, Patricia A. and Virginia Wolter; his stepdaughters, Jacqueline Grace and Denise Paris (Manuel); his stepgrandchild Loralie; and his siblings, Valmay Nagel (late Burton), Fred Freeman (Patricia), Robert Freeman (late Joann) and Carol Poppenberg (Paul).
He is survived by: his son Donald R. Freeman; his stepsons, James Dell and Michael Ziolkowski; his stepdaughter-in-law Barbara Keane; and his stepgrandchildren, Donald, Amanda, Brandon, Samantha, Shannon and George. He is also survived by many step great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
