He was predeceased by: his son Donald Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Deborah Welt (John), David (Sharon), Dennis, Duane and Darrell (Leah); and his grandchildren, John of Chris, D. J., Nick, Bryan, Trey, Brianna, Zak, Rachel and Adam. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; predeceased by one brother and sister; also survived by nieces and nephews.
