He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle and Margaret; and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Bissell (Lisa), Sondra Finch (late Dean) and Thomas Bissell (Dawn); his grandchildren, Valere Hardy (Andrew), Jenna Baird (Steven), Madeline Bissell and Colin Bissell; and his great grandchildren, Ellianna and Briar.
