Fernandez; her daughters, Sherrie Hoeltke (Kevin) and Tammy Fernandez; her grandsons, Joseph Hoeltke and James Hoeltke; her brother Leonard Gorniak (Carol); her siblings-in-law, Donald Fleming (Anne) and Fur; and her granddaughter Bella. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
