He was predeceased by: his spouse Camille; his child Michael; and his sibling Arthur (Vinnie). He is survived by: his children, ShawnMarie Hendrickson (Peter) and Jennifer Dziewiesz (Matthew); his grandchildren, Dustin, Samantha, McKenzie, Adrianna and Jacob; and his siblings, Gregory (Maryann), Darlene Ribbeck (Joseph Schaffert), Deborah Robertson and Larry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
