He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra Voigt-Slocum; his son Joel Slocum; his parents, Eva Slocum and Richard Slocum; his mother-in-law Sharon Whipp; and his sisters, Christine Slocum (Steven Barry) and Cheryl Slocum. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
