He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel J.. He is survived by: his parent Alice M.; his sibling Susan Kruzicki; his nieces and nephews, Genevieve, Christophe, Andrew, Alyssa Rappleye and Devlyn Irr; and his friend Janice Kruzicki. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
