She was predeceased by: her husband Harry J. Hamernik; and her brothers, Gerald (Janice) and Norman Kozlowski. She is survived by: her children, Harry, Tami Curtis (Jeff) and Dr. Patti Hamernik; and her grandchildren, Kari, Joseph and Jenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
