She was predeceased by: her husband Alphonse J. Bonk; her daughter Josephine Rossi; her grandson Michael Smith; her parents, Franciszek Pietrzak and Stefania Pietrzak; and her sisters, Janina Pietrzak and Teresa Krys.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Smith (James); her grandson Damien Rossi; and her sister Valentina Kowalska. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation.
