He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nelson Bailey and Alice Bailey; his children, Kelly Curto of Raleigh, Nelson Bailey (Deann) of DeRuyter, Karen Mulligan of Kirkville and Milton Bailey (Helen) of Pompey; and his grandchildren, Erica, Nichole, Steven, Allen, Angelica, Katie and Meghan. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren and many friends.
