She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Phinney and Hazel Phinney (Gould); her husband William McNair; her close friend James Davis; and her siblings, Evelyn Monk, Harold, Hazel, Howard, Shirley Phinney Mrs and Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Davis of Albany, Darell Davis of Albany, Craig Davis of Ky, Franklin "Benji" Davis and Stacie Davis of Albany; and her grandchildren, Jorita, Keva, Megan, Alaya, Darrell, II and Ryan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
