She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Shultes and Gladys Shultes (Tuttle); her husband Jack; her daughters, Sandra Vincent (Eck) and Vivian Amsler (Eck); her grandson Kenneth VanDyke Jr.; and her siblings, James Shultes, Norma Beach (Richard Beach) and Richard Shultes.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Eck, Lois VanDyke and Sharon Matott (Dale); her siblings, Robert Shultes (Janet) and Barbara Thomas-Stillman (David); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Shultes and Carol Shultes; and her stepchildren, John, Wayne, Kathy and Caroline. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory may be made to the Community Hospice in Albany, NY.
