He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Rice and Violet Rice (Smith); his wife Veronica A. Rice; and his brother Fred Rice. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Rice (John Sicko), Kimberly Slingerland (Kenneth) and Aaron Rice (Jessica); and his grandchildren, McKenna, Jocelynn Slingerland, Alexis, Sophia Rice and Haylie Prior. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
