He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bailey and Gladys Bailey; his sister Helen; his brother-in-law Milton Harris; his in-laws, Floyd and Gertrude Eckler; and his sons, Kenneth and Ronald.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his son Jack Bailey (Linda); his grandchildren, LeeAnn Cullen (Will), Veronica McCollum (Kevin Germain Sr), Christopher Bailey (Kimmi), Jack Bailey Jr. (Kelli), Rebecca Coyle (Jeff), Jason Bailey (Sebastian Lopez), Tanya Balfoort (Chris), Tracy Hahn (Brian), Tricia Helmedach (Pete Wolfgang) and Jared Bailey (Dominique Shade); his granddaughter-in-law Janis Bailey (Pete Falasco); his great grandchildren, Brett Cullen, Jordan Kraft (Ryan), Alyssa VanAnden (Tom Stott), Eric McCollum, Ryan Bailey (Jessica), Brendan Coyle, Shannon Coyle, Evelyn Rituno, Jared Bailey Jr., Jackson Bailey, Brooke Helmedach, Hailey Hahn and Lauren Nichols (Kase); his grandson-in-law Nate VanAnden; his great great grandchildren, Brienna, Kenny VanAnden, Kasyn and Renlli Nichols; and his friends, Rhonda, John Cooper, Doug, Sandy Anderson, Bill, Amy Ryan, Shirley Gawlak and Don Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Applebee Funeral Home (403 Kenwood Ave, Delmar, NY 12054). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Applebee's Funeral Home (403 Kenwood Ave, Delmar, NY 12054). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
