He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Flagler and Mildred L. Flagler (Sturtevant); his wife Margaret Patricia Flagler (Patti); his children, John Gerard Flagler and Patricia Eileen Flagler; his sister Margaretta Gorman (Peg); and his brother-in-law Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Balletto (Joseph) and Joseph Flagler (Mary Beth); his brother Robert Flagler (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Dan Balletto (Andrea), Marisa Balletto, Jared (Taylor), Zachary and Samantha Flagler. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Applebee Funeral Home (403 Kenwood Ave, Delmar, NY 12054). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
