He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hoffmann and Helene E. Hoffmann; his son Anders; and his brother Neil. He is survived by: his wife Nadia (Nadia); his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Sue; and his nieces, Pamela Drahovsky, Natalie DiCrescenzo and Rebecca Gilbert.
