She was predeceased by: her wife Carmen J. Phillips; and her parent Onorato Spirito. She is survived by: her parent Carmela Spirito; her children, Lawrence Phillips (Anne) of Avon, CT, Nancy P. Whitehead of Cornelius, NC, Claudia P. Summers (Brian) of Glenmont, NY and William Phillips of Smithfield, RI.; her sister Maria Perreault of Manchester, CT.; and also, Hartford, River Valley and Edith.
Also, in lieu of flowers, Edith has requested that donations be made to Ronald McDonald House, 139 South Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208.
