She is survived by: her children, Virginia Bates (Jon), William and D. J.; her grandsons, Grayson and Maverick; and her siblings, Nancy Kautsky-Severance (Tim Severance) and Bill Kautsky (Ivette). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and other gifts, a donation box will be set up with the proceeds going ASPCA.
