He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Underwood and Patricia Underwood (Towne); his brother Rick Underwood; the mother of his children Frances Underwood; and also Gail Stock.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Ray; his children, Tanya Underwood (Don Byerly) and Kirk Underwood (Barbara Vossler); his stepdaughter Maile Ray; his grandsons, Jacob Frazier, Jackson Underwood and Brooks Ray; his sisters, Patricia and Jane Underwood; his nephew Lee Underwood; his nieces, Tiffany and Kristen Underwood; and also, Gary King (Susan), Henry King (Cary) and Michelle Cartwright (Mark).
