She is survived by: her husband Edward E. Phillips, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Linda Phillips; her children, Cathy Tubbs (Jamie), Jim Phillips (Stacey) and Lisa Battle (Sean); her grandchildren, Ashley Reynolds (Brandon), Casey Tubbs, Greg Phillips, Cassidy Phillips, Tyler Martin and Jackson Battle; and her great grandchild Scarlett Reynolds.
