She was predeceased by: her father Walter A. Tambasco. She is survived by: her parent Thomasina Tambasco; her significant other Jacob VanZutphen; her close friend Jacob D. VanZutphen; her sons, Noah Jacob and Max Abram VanZutphen; and her sisters, Jennifer Smith (Jim) of Voorheesville, NY and Beth Ruiz (Andy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
