He is survived by: his children, Walter Currie, Jr. (Sally Nichols), Franklin, Renea Halstead, Kym Kronimus and Vincent Currie; and his sister Dorothy D. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
