She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jane Wurn and Nicholas N. Pazar. She is survived by: her children, Charles Mazurak (Betsy) of Delhi, NY, Diane Ruiz of Piermont, NY and Robert Mazurak (Virginia) of Avon, OH; her grandchildren, Luke, Jack, Jessica, Eric and Beth; and her sibling Betsy Bradley.
