He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebbert and Elsa; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Richard, Nancy and Erika; his granddaughter Mackenzie; and his great-nephews, Donald and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
