He is survived by: his parents, Everett Palmeter and Arlene Palmeter; his pet Princess; his sister Bunny; his wife Vernell Linnen Palmeter; his stepdaughter Sherese; his stepgrandchildren, Ellis and Amina; and his siblings, Mark (Kathy), Bruce, Randy (Debbie) and Rachel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, his in-laws.

His memorial will be held at a later date due to Covid.
