She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mayo and Edna Mayo (Sawdy); her husband Morris R. Hornbeck; and her siblings, Norman, Clinton Mayo, Valerie Daugherty and Edna Walley.
She is survived by: her sons, Morris R. Hornbeck (Helen Brundege) of Afton, Roger Hornbeck (Peggy Deighan) of Meridale, Jeffrey Hornbeck (Debbie Klindt) of Sidney, David Hornbeck of Delhi and Stephen Hornbeck of Sidney; her sister Lois Phoenix of Walton; and her sister-in-law Helen Mayo (Walley) of Sidney Center. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
