He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rosa and Gladys Rosa (Eignor); and his siblings, Hugh Rosa, Fayal Rosa, Bette Braymer and Vivian Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Rosa (Wood) of Delhi; his sons, David Rosa (Heather) of Delhi, Eric Rosa of Niskayuna, Edward Rosa (Stephanie) of Delhi and Gary Rosa (Denise) of Delhi; his grandchildren, Geoff (Liz), Courtney, Carenza, Trevor, Alexis, Deric, Lauren, Logan and Jakob; his great grandchildren, Emma and Celia; and his sister-in-law Marion Rosa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Joe may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or to the Delhi Fire Department.
