With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur J. Howard Jr. of Delhi, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arthur J. Howard Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Howard and Grace Howard (Gage); his wife Jane Howard (Barnhart); and his sisters, Marion McDonald and Marge Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Howard of Delhi, Mark Howard (Lu-Ann Powell) of Delhi, Tom Howard (Alysia) of Oneonta and Patty Perkins of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Chris (Jess), Ken (Shannon), Kristen, Emily, Rachael (Gabe) and Ryan; and his sister-in-law Edith Platt of Red Hook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Art can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Delhi or to 4-H Camp Shankitunk.
