She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wallace and Blanche Sprague (Farnsworth); her stepfather Albert Sprague; and her siblings, Elva Fox (Gordon), Elmer Wallace (Dorothy), Dorothy Wallace, Alice Cannon, Robert Wallace, Warren Wallace (Katherine), Della Schrecengost (Joe), Elsie Barba and Albert Sprague, Jr. (Patricia).
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gephart (Keith), Scott Gembola (Carol) of Simsomville, SC, Mark Gembola (Victoria Chmiel) of Gowanda, NY and Gail Hess (Steve) of Moore, SC; and her sister Betty Hudson (late Maynard). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren with one on the way, and two great-great grandchildren.
