He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Lewis and Mary Ellen Lewis (Kester); and his brother Roger Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lewis (Stadel); his daughters, Amanda Hackett (Arthur) of Delevan and Jessica Schwab (Jesse) of Delevan; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Brianna, Elijah Hackett, Charley and Cheyenne Schwab; and his brothers, Richard Lewis (Ellen) of Machias and Russell Lewis (Kelly) of Yorkshire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
