It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Rung (Delevan, New York), born in Sardinia, New York, who passed away on October 16, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rung and Clarabelle Rung; his sons, John A. Rung and Jeff E. Rung; and his siblings, Elliott Rung, Elwyn Rung, Charles, Dick, Emory Rung, Norma Schawnne, William and Russ.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rung (Butler); and his children, James Rung (Jodi) of Naples, NY, Gary Rung (Margie) of Arcade, Curtis Rung (Susan) of Friendship, Dennis Rung (Barbara Cyburt) of Mayville and Ken Rung (Melody) of Delevan. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
