He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neamon and Nancy Neamon (McKinsey); his wife Jeanette Neamon (Jezierski); and his sisters, Etta Mae Woodworth (Gene) and Nancy Adam (Kenneth).

He is survived by: his children, Edward Neamon, Sr. (Crystal) of Alden, Michael Neamon, Sr. (Lori) of Franklinville, Dennis Neamon of Delevan, Barbara Neamon of Delevan, Scott Neamon (Marsha) of Alabama, Christopher Neamon of Randolph and Patricia Neamon (late Paul) of Alabama; and his siblings, Ronnie Neamon (Nancy) of Delevan, Betty Lou Sinicki (late Henry) of Buffalo, Raymond Neamon (late Betty) of Kentucky, Terry Neamon of Perry, Donna Gilbert (late Lyle) of Tennessee and Shirley Gordon (late Albert) of Holland. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
