He is survived by: his girlfriend Beth Spittler of Delevan; his son Douglas G. Perrington, Jr. of Angola; and his siblings, Raymond "Joe" Perrington of East Otto, John Perrington (Pearl) of Delevan and Marlene Merritt (late Roger) of Delevan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
