She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Higgins and Tessal Osalkowski Higgins; her spouse Diane "Rocky" Lagenor; her children, Heather Vaughn (Steve Rogers) of Olean, Colleen Defoe (Allen) of Franklinville and Corey; her grandchildren, Alexis, Carter Vaughn, Carmen Hasper, Steven, Patrick, Alicia and Michael DeFoe; her brothers, Bernard Higgins, Jr. of Amherst, Wayne Higgins and Russell Higgins of Cheektowaga; and her friend Deborah Secor.
