She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rivera and Julia Rivera; her father-in-law Roy; and her sister-in-law Margaret Ann Klink. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas R. Klink; her children, Thomas Jr. Klink (Jennifer) and Karen Monin (Harry); her grandchildren, Trey and Tyce Monin; her siblings, Nelsy Quinlan, Gladys Holmes (Robert) and Audra Ogden (John); her mother-in-law Theresa Klink; and her brothers-in-law, Gregory (Sharon Kiley) and Timothy (Dawn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be in Addy's name to the Lupus Alliance Foundation of Upstate New York.
