He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Shaw Otis and Leon Otis; his former wife Catherine Kerwin Otis; and his brother Robert Otis. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Otis (Baccari); his children, Lee Otis (Leila) of Delanson, Stephen Otis of Wisconsin and Korin Polito (Sammy) of Rotterdam; his grandchildren, Ashley Price (Paul), Kortney Otis, Jesse Otis, Autumn Otis, Britton Otis and Milana Polito; his great grandchildren, Savannah Price and Rylee Pensack; and his sister Dorita Nobles (Ted) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517, Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
