Charles Wilber Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. Wilber and Janette B. Breckenridge Wilber; his wife Sally; his daughters, Cathy Rack (Ronald), Wendy Graves (Dennis), Bonnie Farnum (Robert) and Penny Stanton (Horace); and his siblings, Breck Wilber (Donna), Beverly Moyle, Luanne Gibson (John) and Richard. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews and great friends.
