He is survived by: his son Christopher Collins (Clarissa) of Potlatch, ID; his grandson Elias; his brother Larry Lame of DeLancey; and his aunts and uncles, Gloria Bacon of Andes, Lewis Pardee of DeLancey, Jack Pardee of DeLancey, Don Pardee of Bloomville, Carol Jefferys of Bedford, OH and Jacqueline Pardee of Delhi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
