He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Harder and Catherine Harder (Brown); and his siblings, Nancy, Billy and Clyde.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Harder (Greene) of DeLancey; his children, Robert Harder of Austin, TX, Christina Gardner (Harry) of DeLancey and Fran Ackerly (Shawn) of DeLancey; his grandchildren, Diman Salil (Angela), Catherine Gardner, Amber Gardner, Kendra Ackerly (Michael Cardillo), Sarah Ackerly and Lane Ackerly; his great grandchildren, Coleson and Saria; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Harder, Edie Campbell, Kathleen McCalib, Ruth Keenan and Pattie Speenburgh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
